George graduated, with highest honors, from The University of Georgia with a BBA in marketing.  A fifth generation Georgian, with over 30 years experience in marketing real estate, George is the leading Real Estate broker in Bartow County, representing sellers and buyers of acreage and income producing properties.  George and his wife Kathy have four children, and five grandchildren.

Clients will be advised of the "highest and best use" for their property, which is determined by Bartow County's Future Land Use Map.  This map dictates the type of zoning available for the property, and zoning determines the ultimate value for any given property.

In the process of obtaining top dollar for clients, the Firm will handle all negotitions, and advise clients concerning the pros and cons of contracts received for the property.

BUYER REPRESENTATION

When representing a buyer, the Firm's job is to find the best possible site for the clients needs at the lowest possible price.

Typically, sellers pay the commission; thus, in the vast majority of cases, buyer representation is cost free and saves the buyer an immense amount of time.
